After checking our list of insurance affiliates, please follow the guidelines below to use your insurance benefits:

1. For general and emergency services, please provide the following documents to verify your benefits and coverage:

  • National identity card or
  • Government-issued card or
  • Insurance card or policy number

2. Outpatient services

  • Before receiving our services, patients are required to sign a consent form at the registration counter.
  • Patients must be responsible for any medical expenses in excess of their coverage limit.

3. Inpatient services

  • Patients are required to contact the hospital to schedule an appointment and provide contact information (in the event of advanced appointment).
  • Our staff will coordinate with the insurance company to verify the insurance benefits and coverage (within 24 hours of admission).
  • Patients must be responsible for any medical expenses in excess of their coverage limit.
  • The terms and conditions shall be as specified by the insurance company.
